We have a number of services to make accessing your money as simple as possible.
Net-Tella (Internet Banking)
Net-Tella is a fast, sophisticated and very secure Internet service. It's available around the clock every day of the year. You can use this service to check on your accounts, pay bills using BPAY, transfer funds between your accounts and to other financial institutions, handle your business banking, monitor cheque and card transactions, view information on interest you have earned or paid, and much more!
Phone-Tella (Telephone Banking)
Phone-Tella is the credit union's telephone banking service. It provides you 24 hour access to your accounts from any touchphone.
Visa Debit Card
Our Visa Debit Card provides you with the ability to make purchases over the telephone, internet or via EFTPOS using your own funds. For those members wanting to travel overseas, a Visa Debit Card can be used at any ATM where the VISA sign is displayed. Your card is accepted at over 20 million stores displaying the Visa logo.
BPAY
With BPAY, you can pay all those tiresome bills in one hit - over the phone or over the Internet 24/7. BPAY is easier, faster and better...
Travel Services
Our Travel Services include: Travellers Cheques, Foreign Currency, International Drafts & Telegraphic Transfers, MoneyGrams & Cash Passport Cards.
Direct Debit / Credit Services
You can remove the hassle and time associated with paying bills by setting up a Direct Debit. Simply specify who you with to pay, the account number and the amount you wish to pay. You can also arrange to have money credited directly into your account with our Direct Credit system.
Personal Cheque Books
Simply link a cheque book to your Access Savings Account or any other credit union savings account (except the s20 E-Savers account). Our cheque books are available in convenient books of 25 or 100.
Payroll Deductions
As a Credit Union member you can have all or part of your pay deposited automatically into your account along with other funds such as rent on your investment property, share dividends, or social security payments. You can automatically repay any of your loans with funds you have at other financial institutions and have your bills paid automatically from the account you nominate.
